I was contacted by The Astrid team to write each of these sales and marketing materials. The Sales Deck, One-Pager, and Brochure all play instrumental roles in the marketing and selling of The Astrid’s vacation homes.

The One-Pager was written specifically for estate agents, to give them an overview of The Astrid. The Sales Deck was aimed to be given to estate agents to pass onto prospective buyers. The Brochure was written to be given to prospective buyers who The Astrid was already in communication with.

These projects required extensive research, strategy, planning, and collaboration across the marketing team, sales team, and building developers. It was invigorating to play such a significant role in the direct sale of these luxurious vacation homes.
